AntHill exists because the founding team spent years watching the five-day diagnostic cycle erode analyst teams from the inside. The product isn't a market hypothesis. It's a fix, built by the people who needed it.
The founders of AntHill met inside the analytics function of a modern, high-scale fintech. One of us was on the receiving end of the Monday-morning Slack messages. The other was watching the team burn through fifteen-hour days doing archaeology instead of analysis.
We tried every tool. BI platforms that showed us what happened. Copilots that generated SQL we couldn't trust. Search tools that surfaced documents without closing the loop to data. Each one solved a sliver. None of them solved the actual workflow.
So we built the thing we needed. First for internal use, then as a platform. The first deployment — at our own company — recovered 25–30% of analytics team bandwidth, compressed daily reconciliation from half a day to fifteen minutes, and spread organically across analytics, product, and ops without being mandated by leadership.
Then a payment reconciliation problem that typically took half a day got solved autonomously in fifteen minutes. The analyst shared the result at an all-hands. The room went quiet. That's when we knew.
We incorporated AntHill Technologies the following quarter. Since then we've closed the architecture, hardened the Context Graph for multi-tenant deployment, and begun conversations with a small number of US and UK design partners. This page exists because those conversations are expanding.
The founding team combines deep operational fintech experience with engineering leadership on production ML and data infrastructure. More detail available under NDA to qualified design partners and investors.
Years inside the analytics function of a high-scale fintech. Built and operated the first internal version of what became AntHill. Deep relationships across US mid-market fintech and Indian BFSI. Responsible for design partner conversations, fundraising, and product strategy.
Engineering leadership on production ML systems and data infrastructure at scale. Designed the original Context Graph and Ontology Layer. Responsible for the technical architecture, engineering hiring, and the research frontier AntHill sits on top of.
Our bench is not a status-signaling list. It is a working network — senior operators from the firms our ICP trusts — who are actively opening design partner conversations in the US and UK.
We build one thing. We build it load-bearing. We say no to adjacent features, even good ones, until the core is trusted. Infrastructure earns its keep by being reliable, not by being large.
The first ten customers get white-glove. A real engineer, embedded in their workflow, tuning the ontology, watching the graph compound. This is how infrastructure products earn the right to scale.
Every meaningful decision lives in a document. Every document gets revised. The founders run the company the way AntHill expects its customers to run theirs — with context captured, permissioned, and queryable.
AntHill is hiring for the first engineering hires post-raise. We are deliberately keeping the team small, senior, and forward-deployed until the first five design partners are live. If you want to work on a model wrapper, this isn't for you. If you want to work on the context graph that model wrappers will sit on top of in 2029 — let's talk.
We read every email. Expect a reply within five business days, from the founding team. If you're reaching out about a design partner conversation, the quickest path is the form on the homepage. For everything else — investors, press, hiring, partnerships — email works.
